The reconfigurable computing is widely accepted in the real applications such as image processing and networking. The major factor of its adoption is not only application-specific computing brought by its reconfigurability but also the improvement of power performance efficiency compared to general-purpose processors. The efficiency is becoming increasingly important as a means of green computing. Why don’t we create technical breakthrough from the standpoint of reconfigurable computing?
