Extreme big data analysis, data-intensive computing and high performance computing require scalable I/O according to the data size and the computational power. Our research interest is parallel and distributed system software including distributed file system, parallel I/O, workflow, MapReduce based on the scalable I/O architecture. We have been developed open-source Gfarm file system in this context. Feel free to contact us for research and development of system software.
